Bio

JT Douglas is the Director of Strategy at West Health, where he focuses on designing innovative solutions to advance care delivery, particularly in rural health settings and in building thriving communities that support successful aging for older adults. His work centers on improving access, sustainability, and outcomes across the care continuum.

Prior to joining West Health, JT’s experience included strategic planning, healthcare economics, value-based care optimization, and clinical strategy execution. He has worked across both tertiary hospital systems and a nationwide health plan, bringing a cross-sector perspective to healthcare transformation and system design.
