Junne Esguerra is the Director of Programs at the San Diego Seniors Community Foundation, overseeing grants, business development, and program operations while conducting research on senior issues for advocacy. With 20 years of experience in case management, nonprofit operations, and program development, she is committed to improving the quality of life for older adults through community engagement. Her passion for service began in the Philippines, volunteering with her mother at a local orphanage. Junne has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable populations, including seniors, at-risk youth, and individuals experiencing homelessness. She holds a BA in Social Sciences and a Master’s in Public Administration. Junne is bilingual in Tagalog and enjoys cooking, traveling, and the arts.
