Miski Abdi

Bio

Miski Abdi is in her final year at San Diego State University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She serves as a Policy and Advocacy Specialist at the United Women of East Africa Support Team, where she supports community-driven initiatives focused on mentorship, mental health education, and advocacy. As the child of immigrants, Miski is deeply committed to justice, equity, and amplifying underrepresented voices. Her work centers on youth empowerment and bridging community experiences with meaningful policy change.
